There are many factors to having long and healthy

There are many factors to having long and healthy hair but this one is definitely the most relaxing and luxurious.

A scalp massage with nourishing oils will help bring the shine back to your hair.

Also regular massage helps to increase circulation to the scalp, meaning better delivery of nutrients essential for hair growth.

If you have thick hair like me, I would reccomend splitting your hair into two layers to ensure you aren't missing any spots.

I recommend leaving the oil on your scalp for at least 30 minutes prior to washing it.

My favorite oils to use are Argan and Jojoba and I will often add essential oils as well.

Another benefit is this is significantly more affordable than buying ready made hair treatments (most of which are full of unnecessary ingredients like fragrances and preservatives)

I've said it many times, and I'll say it again - natural hair and skin care does not have to be complicated or expensive to work.

Bonus tip: if you're short on time add several drops of these oils to your conditioner when you shower for a quick massage treatment!
